Terms and Conditions 9gk — Complete Platform User Guide

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 9gk ("Platform", "We"). This document governs the use of all services, games, and features available on the 9gk platform, including our official website and mobile application.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "Agree" button, accessing any part of the platform or making any financial transaction on 9gk, you explicitly and unconditionally accept all terms contained herein. This acceptance is final and takes effect immediately.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Each amendment takes effect as soon as it is published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

To register and use 9gk services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Are not subject to any legal prohibition relating to online gaming in your country or region of residence.
• Have never been restricted, suspended, or banned from using the 9gk platform previously.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

9gk reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 9gk platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device information — is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and freezing of account balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your personal information up to date in the event of any changes.
• Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
• All activities that occur under your account are entirely your responsibility.
• Please contact 9gk customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

9gk supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia including FPX, DuitNow and local e-wallets. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method and are stated on the Deposit page.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–30 minutes after all verification requirements have been met.
• Withdrawal funds may only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• 9gk does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically.
• 9gk reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the bank account or e-wallet details provided are correct. 9gk is not liable for any losses caused by inaccurate information submitted by the user.

9gk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Every bonus has a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless otherwise stated.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 9gk customer support team. Before closure is processed, all eligible remaining funds will be returned to your original payment method once all requirements have been met.

• Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement will be automatically forfeited.
• 9gk reserves the right to close an account without prior notice if a breach of these Terms and Conditions is established.
• Accounts closed due to a breach are not eligible for re-registration.

• 9gk's maximum liability to any member is limited to the actual deposit amount made within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• 9gk is not liable for any losses caused by internet connection failure or user device issues.

9gk reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform and do not require your explicit re-acceptance to remain binding.
